Mia is the colleague who knows how HeyDay Industries really works. On the most important day of the year, she is unexpectedly absent. Information is missing, agreements cannot be found and nobody knows exactly who is responsible for what.
Fortunately, Mia left behind her personal playbook. The teams must recover and combine its scattered parts before an important client arrives. Along the way, they discover that no one has the complete answer. Only by sharing their knowledge can they save HeyDay.
What it's about
Knowledge that sits in one head
Nobody holds all the pieces. The task only opens up once each team puts its share on the table, the way knowledge in an organisation sits scattered across people who rarely speak.
Getting it said
Again and again it turns out somebody knew something and did not mention it, because it seemed beside the point. That conversation writes itself afterwards.
Who ends up leading
When time gets short, somebody decides. Who that is, how it goes, and what everyone else does in that moment, that is the most useful thing you take away.

- Length
- 75 minutes outside, plus the debrief. Two and a half hours all in.
- Group size
- 4 to 50 people, in teams of 4 to 6.

- One phone per team, shoes you can walk in, and a room for the debrief.
