How many people does this work for?
From 4 up to 50. With larger groups you split the debrief so everyone gets a word in, and that is the whole point of the afternoon.
How long does it take?
About two and a half hours: 75 minutes outside, a short break, 55 minutes of debrief. We can build it into a half or full day with lunch.
Do we need to install anything?
No. The app runs in the browser on one phone per team. That is all.
Is this training?
No. Nobody stands at the front with a model. You play first, and afterwards you work out together what happened while you did.
What if it rains?
It goes ahead anyway. Prefer to stay dry, the challenge can also be played indoors. Thunder or storms and we move the date at no cost.
Who runs the day?
Nobody from our side. The day runs itself. One of you gets the script beforehand, the app handles the route, and the questions for the debrief are written out with timings.
What does it cost?
Price depends on group size and venue. Ask for a proposal and you'll have a figure back within two working days.
Can we do it at our own venue?
Usually. We need ground you can walk safely and a room for the debrief. Send us the location and we'll take a look.
