Crisis Control
The executive team cannot be reached and several problems emerge at the same time. A major client is threatening to leave, a supplier drops out, a machine has stopped working and a journalist demands an immediate response.
The teams temporarily take control of HeyDay Industries. They cannot solve every problem and must decide what takes priority, who accepts responsibility and which risks they are prepared to take.
Every decision has consequences. In the end, they discover not only whether they controlled the crisis, but also what kind of leadership helped HeyDay survive the day.

- 75 minutes outside, plus the debrief. Two and a half hours all in.
- Group size
- 4 to 50 people, in teams of 4 to 6.
- What you need
- One phone per team, shoes you can walk in, and a room for the debrief.
