Two colleagues at a fallen pine across a path

Conflict at work

Fault Lines

Sales has secured a major contract that Production claims is impossible to deliver. Both departments blame each other and cooperation has almost completely broken down.

The teams investigate how the conflict began. Along the way, they discover that both departments possess valid information but also make incorrect assumptions about each other.

To save the contract, they must separate facts, interests and frustrations and find a solution that allows both departments to move forward.
